General Information
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). - When you register for TheSaaS we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card.
- TheSaaS uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

- A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
- Cookies are required to use the TheSaaS service.
- We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to re-login to your TheSaaS account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.
Data Storage
TheSaaS uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run TheSaaS. Although TheSaaS owns the code, databases, and all rights to the TheSaaS application, you retain all rights to your data.
Disclosure
TheSaaS may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Changes
TheSaaS may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your TheSaaS primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Such notice will be given at least 3 days in advance of the date the new policy will be applied.

Interpretation
The clause headings in this Agreement are provided for convenience only, and no regards will be had in respect of the clause heading in the interpretation of this Agreement; Unless the context indicates otherwise, reference in this Agreement to one gender will include the other genders, use of singular will include the plural and vice versa, and reference to persons of Third Parties will include natural as well as legal persons and associations, whether incorporated or otherwise; If any provision in a definition clause in this Agreement is a substantive provision conferring any right or imposing any obligation on any Party, then, despite that it is only in the definition clause, effect will be given to it as if it were a substantive provision in this Agreement; Where figures are referred to in numerals and in words, if there is any conflict between the two, the words will prevail; When any number of days is prescribed in this Agreement, such number will exclude the first and include the last day, unless the last day falls on a day not classified as a Business Day, in which case the last day will be the next Business Day; Terms other than those defined within this Agreement will be given their plain English meaning, and those terms, acronyms, and phrases known in the information and communication technology industry will be interpreted in accordance with their generally accepted meanings; Any attachment, Annexure or variation to this Agreement will be deemed to be incorporated in and form part of this Agreement. This interpretation clause and the definitions contained in this Agreement will likewise apply to any such attachment, Annexure, or variation, unless it is clear from the context of such attachment, Annexure, or variation that contains its own definitions; The rule of construction that a contract will be interpreted against the party responsible for drafting or preparation of the agreement, will not apply to this Agreement; A reference to any statutory enactment will be construed as a reference to that enactment of the Territory or Country where the Platform will be provided and/or the professional service (if any) will be rendered, as at the date of signature hereof, and as amended or substituted from time to time; The words “include” and “including” mean “include without limitation” and “including without limitation”. The use of words “include” and “including” followed by a specific example or examples will not be construed as limiting the meaning of the general wording preceding it, and the application of the eiusdem generis rule is hereby excluded.
Definitions
Account means the user account, user role, access controls, privileges and the digital identity created for You to access Our Service or parts of Our Service; Affiliate means each entity which is directly or indirectly controlled by the Company, each entity which directly or indirectly controls the Company and each entity which is directly or indirectly controlled by an entity; Agreement means this Data Privacy Policy together with any Annexures attached hereto, or incorporated by reference by the Company; Applicable Law means the following, as amended from time to time, to the extent it applies to a Party, or the Platform or to any professional services, (including the performance, delivery, receipt or use of the Platform or such professional services, as applicable and whenever occurring) any statute, regulation, notice, policy, directive, ruling or subordinate legislation (including treaties, multinational conventions and the like having the force of law), the common law, any binding court order, judgement or ruling, any applicable direction, policy or standard enforceable by law, or any applicable direction, policy of order that is given by any regulator, competent authority or organ of the state or industry body; Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement), means STS Holdings, a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and its Affiliates; Device means any internet-enabled computing device that can access the Service; Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual; Service means the features, functionality and data contained within the Platform and made available to You; Service Provider means the Company, its Affiliates, Partners and Suppliers who processes the data to perform the Service, analyse how the Service is used or to improve the Service; Platform means the software program named TechnoCenter which is owned and made available by the Company to You on any electronic Device; Subscription means the contract between You and the Company outlining the terms of access and payment for the Services; Usage Data means the data which is automatically collected, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service itself; User referred to as “You”, means any user of the Platform, with or without a registered Account, who accesses and uses the Service.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Cellphone Number, Address, Company, Job Title and Usage Data. Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, operating system, device type, the pages of our Service that You visit, your actions performed while using the Service, the time, date and duration of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, data disclosed by You which may be saved to our databases, data generated by the Platform while You were using the Service and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service by or through a device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device You use, the IP address of Your device, Your operating system, the type of internet web browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may also collect information that Your browser or device sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a device.
